- What you receive
- The workflow map and baseline, the working prototype, written requirements and acceptance criteria, and a defined build decision.
- Who reviews it
- Your director, commercial or operations owner — someone who can act on the decision.
- Records required
- One live project, a named process owner and sample records available under a confidentiality agreement.
- How long it takes
- Five focused days. Long enough to inspect real records and test a prototype; short enough to keep the engagement fixed.
- Price
- A$2,950 ex GST, capped — confirmed by phone before anything is invoiced. You keep the prototype and scope either way.
- Not included
- Custom software is not the default answer. If configuration, a connector or an existing product closes the gap, the recommendation says that. Discovery never decides entitlement, values work or sends statutory material.
