Where the workflow breaks

Generic systems were not designed for this equipment lifecycle

The work spans products, sites, customers and years of service history. Old software turns that connected reality into disconnected records.

  1. 01

    Spreadsheet overload

    More equipment. Less trust.

Orders and installed equipment are tracked in manual spreadsheets that become harder to trust as the network grows.

  2. 02

    The missing lifecycle

    The sale ends. History scatters.

No water-specific system connects the customer, site, equipment configuration and complete service history.

  3. 03

    Field blind spot

    Technicians move. Status doesn’t.

Teams cannot see where technicians are, what needs attention or what happened on the last visit.

  4. 04

    Follow-up by memory

    CRM without the context.

Customer follow-up depends on memory because CRM activity is detached from the operational record.

One connected operating view

One live record from sale to service

The system connects the categories around water treatment without forcing your team into another generic product.

Questions from water-treatment businesses

We are a distributor, not a manufacturer — is this relevant?

Yes, if the operational problem sits in catalogues, supplier information, customer quoting, order acknowledgement or status. The equipment may be made elsewhere; your workflow still has to turn supplier information into an accurate customer commitment. Discovery tests the actual hand-offs rather than assuming an OEM workflow.

Our pricing rules are complicated — can software handle them?

If a person can write a repeatable rule down, software can usually apply it. If pricing depends on judgement, negotiation or incomplete technical information, the software should surface the decision and route it to a person — not hide the uncertainty behind an automatic number.

Do we have to replace our accounting or inventory system?

Usually no. Those systems often perform their core job well. We assess whether configuration can close the gap, then whether approved quote and order information can move between categories. Replacement is considered only if the current system itself is the constraint.

How do you learn our industry and equipment rules?

We do not claim water-treatment engineering expertise. Devy brings workflow and software discipline; your estimators and operations staff bring the equipment knowledge. Discovery exists to make those rules, exceptions and hand-offs explicit before anything is built.
